Pineapple is a fruit with a tangy, sour and sweet mixed flavour. There are many dishes which can be made using pineapple. 1. Pineapple Mint With Oatmeal

  • 2 tbsp milk
  • ½ cup chopped pineapple
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon sugar
  • ½ cup fresh Mint leaves chopped

Prepare oats as per directions on the oats cover. This can be mixed with the other ingredients which give a different flavour and taste.

2.  Wheat Bran Muffin With Pineapple

  • 1 cup wheat bran
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • ¾ cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  •  ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp table salt
  • ½ cup yoghurt
  • 1 cup raisins
  • ½ cup unsalted and melted butter
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup Molasses
  • 20 ounces pineapple pieces
  • 1 large egg

Preheat the oven at 350 degrees. Put the muffin cups in the pans with paper liners.

Soak the raisins and then puree it. Take a bowl and mix bran, flours, baking soda, baking powder with salt. Now in another bowl mix yoghurt, molasses, butter, brown sugar, egg and raisin puree. The other ingredients can be added. The batter now is ready and can be put into the paper cups. This can be baked for about 25 minutes to get the pineapple muffins.

3. Pineapple With Mango

For dressing:

  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • ¾ cup coconut milk
  • ¼ cup kosher salt
  • 1tbsp chia seeds
  • 1tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 cup pineapple pieces

For salad:

  • 5 cups kale
  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1 small banana
  • ½ cup pineapple chopped
  • 1 tbsp coconut shredded
  • ¼ cup macadamia nuts chopped

The dressing ingredients should be blended. Add ¾ dressing to the kale. Chop the pineapple. Add everything and garnish with coconut, macadamia nuts and dressing.

4. Pineapple Casserole

  • ½ cup butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 pinch cinnamon (Grounded)
  • 1 pinch nutmeg powder
  • 5 slices white bread
  • Crushed pineapple with juice 20 ounce

Preheat the over for 350 degrees. Take a casserole dish and grease it. Mix cream and sugar together. Beat into it eggs one by one. Add nutmeg and cinnamon powder. Now mix bread pieces and pineapple. Put the mixture into the baking dish. Bake for about 60 minutes.
